| I am a Registered Nurse and work the night shift on a medical-surgical and pediatric wing in a local hospital. I love my job and although it can be very stressful at times, it is very rewarding. I have varied interests including: music, drama, photography, poetry, drawing, and my latest addiction, photomanipulation. I have been writing since I was about 13 years old, and drawing for that long as well. Photography, however, is a new hobby, as is photomanipulation! I have always admired the work of other photographers but never felt that my work would compare! It wasn't until my best friend took it up that I decided to give it a try as well. I am really enjoying it and am working very hard to familiarize myself with the entire photo-taking and editing process. I am also currently dabbling in photomanipulation. I am self-taught in these areas so if anyone has any suggestions or tips, please let me know! They would greatly be appreciated! Thanks! |
